Caught during a recent photo shoot, this is the first clear picture of the upcoming 2007 Silverado with its wraps off. Here we can see the crew cab with the extra-short bed (much like the current 1500 crew cab), outfitted in Z71 off-road trim. Purists will recognize the hallmark stacked headlights and prominent center bar on the chrome grill. New styling features include bulging front and rear fenders which break up an otherwise smooth body.

While some have referred to the new truck as a 2008 Silverado, GM is working to release this truck this fall, as a 2007 model.
